Monstera Albo

Choose how many leaves you what on a Monstera deliciosa borsigiana albo-variegata. All of our plants are healthy with well established roots and new growth on the way. The Monstera Albo is a coveted and gorgeous rare house plant that is easy to care for and grows quickly. Support the stem with a moss pole and the leaves will grow huge with fenestrations.

If you choose to not add a heat pack to your purchase during the winter months, we cannot guarantee safe arrival of your plants and cannot offer refunds. We may decide to hold shipments if the weather is way too cold to ship, but we’ll keep you posted throughout the entire process.

<WHEN PLANTS ARRIVE>
- Unpack and give your plants some water as soon as possible—but don't worry if they seem a bit stressed. They'll perk up in no time! Put them in a fairly bright area, but away from direct light while they are acclimating.

- If your plant looks sad or stressed upon arrival, leave it in the shipping medium for a few days before repotting. (These plants can be repotted in any well-draining medium of your choice)

- It can be completely normal for your new plants to be slightly dramatic once they arrive. Don't worry if you notice some yellowing on the tips or if you lose a leaf or two.

- If your plants are dead on arrival, send us pictures immediately (within 24 hours) and we will work through what to do from there.

<SHIPPING DETAILS>
We pack and ship orders Monday through Wednesday. We carefully pack each plant and use different materials to meet each plant’s sensitivity needs. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and know when your plant will arrive. The plants should be brought in immediately upon arrival. If you are going to be out of town or need us to hold the package for any reason, we are happy to do so.

Our plants are packed and shipped via USPS Priority which includes $100 of insurance for delays and handling damages. Claims require postmarked mailing receipt, proof of value of the shipment and the damaged goods. Unfortunately, the shipping process is out of our control and cannot be held responsible for damages during shipping

<REFUND POLICY>
In order to receive a full refund, please submit photos and/or video showing that the plants were dead on arrival within 24 hours of your package being delivered. Please note that shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
