Our main goal is to make sure that your plants always arrive alive. Shipping can be difficult for some plants and some plants can be extra dramatic during and after the shipping process. If your plants arrive in poor condition send us a picture within the first 24 hours of receiving your plants so we can work through any issues.
The packaging was perfect. The begonia was a Rex and they are more delicate than a cane begonia. The plant came out looking like I just picked up at the nursery.

My mystery begonia was shipped with my 5 baby begonias and all were packed very well and with great care. I don’t know what kind of begonia it is but it’s very beautiful and very healthy (angel wing begonia w/ dots and a silvery shimmer). My order was shipped in January so I also ordered a heat pack. All arrived in perfect condition. I’m very pleased with my plants and highly recommend this seller.
