My beautiful plant arrived in absolutely perfect condition. The substrate was moist and not soggy. The leaves are turgid and not floppy or brown tipped nor yellowing. The packaging was high quality, which is not always the case when I ordered plants online. The plant arrived quickly and not at all damaged by the cold temps here in the northeast. I waited until a day or so ago and put her in a clear orchid style pot with a bamboo stick/pole wrapped in burlap. She’s in my back room/home office with the lighting and humidity as well as steady heat from a baseboard heater. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would buy from this seller again in the future.
