This begonia suffered some from its trip and lost a lot of leaves. I contacted Nursery Rx and they graciously offered to replace the begonia. I asked if they thought it could recover and they said yes but if it didn't to let them know and they would replace or refund me. It seems to be recovering nicely. I appreciate this seller communicating with me and so I am rating them a 5.
